Hi i'm new!

Hi, My name is Lottie and I am a newbie just starting the Dukan Diet! I suffer from IBS and a severe lack of energy. I am not really overweight as such but would benefit from losing a few pounds and changing my lifestyle! I currently graze throughout the day on high carb, high sugar snacks and eat little at meal times. This needs to change!

I have began the Dukan diet today on recommendation from family and friends who have tried it. I feel that it will be the best diet for me and will give my body a chance to re-set itself and my mind to be reprogrammed slowly into eating the right foods to give me the energy I need to look after the children and other people's! (I'm a childminder).

I am off to start a diary in the Dukan thread!

Best of luck to everyone else, I expect I will need some advice and some encouragement to change my ways and stick to this! :)
