Hi, I've joined the local gym and try to go at least five times a week. I've gone from doing no exercise to loving the gym, I'm not quite sure how that happened! I was eating around 1000 calories but found my weight wasn't shifting, maybe not enough calories for working out (never thought I would say that either) this week I've decicded I'm going to start Slimming World. I'm already following an old book but plan to join a class on Thursday.
