Hi, I'm new!

Hi,
I'm new to the site and hoping for some support and inspiration! :D

I have a lot of weight to loose, and having tried lots of different diets (weight watchers, slimming world, cambridge diet, xenical, adios) i have decided to try good, old fashioned, calorie counting and exercise! :)
 
Hi, hope you enjoy the site, it seems really nice and friendly and there is lots of support. I only joined Sunday so am still finding my way around, but so far so good. Good luck with the calorie counting and hope you achieve your goals.

Hi Samantha I'm new too i joined this site yesterday - have a look at the slide show i felt that an inspiration on its own.
Im going down the route of healthy eating - counting calories and half an hour excercise every day and a cardio programme 3 days a week. Good luck and let me know how you get on with your weight loss !
