Hi I started on the 10th march 2011 because I've put on weight since iv settled down with my other half and I just don't feel
Confident, so hello slimming world I joined because I saw the results, one of my aunties has lost 2 stone and the other over 1 stone and they started just before Christmas that's when I knew if they could do it so could I!!

I lost 6lbs the first week, I did have pizza hut and Indian thought but does anyone know does it help to exercise because I haven't been very well and had no strength so I had a McDonalds because I felt down and to try bring my sugar level up, has anyone felt they had no energy when they started? And will having a McDonalds affect me when I next weigh in even if I do exericse x

I dont think having macdonalds indian or pizza hut is the best idea if you want to lose weight! try and stick to the plan hon xxx
I would try and be strict and you will find you get results much quicker.
Ive done slimming world but i found that carbs do not agree with me and as you was getting the blood sugar slump after eating them.
Yeah I know, but my Auntis are on slimming world n have lost alot of weight n said if u have a takeaway then u have to be good rest of the week n exercise n I still lost weight but it was only cus I had two family birthdays I've been good since then x
