Try not to think about the need to lose shed loads. Just take one day at a time and a half stone at a time. Sometimes if we look at what we want in the end, it seems an impossible mountain to climb.

There is loads of support in this group and I wish you all the best for your journey x

Thanks Jan - I was trying to be honest and will take it a day/week at a time - you have done well on your weight loss - how long have you been losing for?
