Iv had a 8 pound gain past couple of months i was wondering if anyone else has had a gain and finding it hard to loose maybe we could all join up here just a thought x

Yes, I lost a lot and slowly gained back a good chunk of it. I joined SW and I'm now trying to lose it for a wedding dress I'll be wearing next July. It's taken me loads of effort just getting back on track!
