Hi a newbie here I'm Amanda a mum of 3
I did sliming world last year and lost a stone unfortunately I stopped and now can't get to group so want to try again and do it from home looking to lose 2 1/2 to 3 stone

I'm doing Cambridge which is very low calorie. I need to be strict with myself or else I start to blur the boundaries! You?
