You may be fine, but just don't be too upset if you don't see good losses, as it will most likely be water retention.

Personally I think it's better to bend the rules a little (especially early on) rather than compromise the whole thing, so do what you know is best for you. :D

I'll keep that in mind -- I'll try a soup without the salt, and if it's too gross, I'll just swap to all shakes. Not too worried about how much I lose, I know it'll come off slowly but surely one way or the other, just happy to finally be in the right place (mentally) to be on the road to slimville.

Considering I'd normally put salt on EVERYTHING plus eat about 3,000 cals a day, I don't reckon it'll be the end of me ;)
 
Hello! I have just started this morning, and everything you have written is happening to me! I cant stand the porridge either and have bought loads of it - cant see my counsellor for 13 days and wont have enough either! Oh well! Im starving too! Good luck!
