Hi All
Have been having a little look around and this forum is so busy! I am new to this message board though not entirely new to slimming world. I joined back in July and went to class for a few months and then sort of stopped going! I carried on losing weight, then gained some back, I am trying to avoid going back to class as the only one I can go to means I have to leave work a little early and use holiday every week!
Just bfore I joined I was 13st 7lb and got down to 12st 13lb for when I joined. I am now 11st 12lb (WI this morning at home) I want to lose at least another stone and am fed up of myself always coming up with hairbrained schemes thinking it has got to be easier than it is! SW is the best plan I have found so far and obviously works. So I am sticking to it, I have found out all my recipe books, worked out my meal plan and started logging everything I eat (as of yesterday) I know I can make things work when I join groups like this, as I have more access to the internet than I would with a weekly meeting (if that makes sense?)
So I will stop babbling and continue to have a look around! Loving the recipies, have printed a few off and will be trying them over the next week or so.
Will post any I try that I can't find on here.
