Hi new to calorie counting

WEll I've tried Sw the freedom to eat just isn't me I abuse it, ww I found far too complicated as it kept changing, I couldn't face another milkshake I need to actually eat. So have decided that cc is the best of all worlds I can eat I can have control over what I eat.
I'm on mfp already and will be at gym 3 x pw.
Now if I exercise mfp Uses the calories burnt to add back onto total calories left. To loose weight I take it I just stick to the 1200 limit I've been set and ignore the additional ones created by the exercise.

Hello Lisa, im pretty new here to, everyone has been so welcoming and i get real sense of community support from this site.
im also on mfp under the same name as here, but if im not mistaken i think your supposed to eat your calories burnt from excercise back ? maybe someone else can fill us in ? x
