Calorie Counting **Beginner**

Hi,

What is the best way to count the calories in meals? This is what puts me off doing it as I make a lot of meals myself.

I am using My Fitness Pro to count, is there a better way of doing it?

Please tell me exactly how you do it, how many calories you have a day (does it change if i add exercise) basically anything you can tell me to help will be massively appreciated.

I use my fitness pal to count but found my calories through James smith academy as MFP set calories too low in my opinion. I then manually changed my calories in MFP. I count Calories and protein. xx
 
I have also used myfitnesspal, and found it very useful. I'd definitely give it a go if counting calories works for you, also, you can track all your exercise, and yes, it does count towards your overall calories for the day. The more you exercise, the more calories you can have. 😊
