hi new to exante 8 days in

hi im katie, and im 8 days into this diet,

i have already lost 9lbs so quite pleased with myself,

i was on lighterlife about 6 yrs ago and lost 6 stone, this time i have about the same to loose.

i have found exante products to be much nicer tasting and much cheaper than lighterlife although i note there are slightly more calories in them, will this make much difference in the time it takes me to loose the weight?

Well done on your weight loss so far, I dont think a few extra calories should make any difference to your weight loss.
