hiya.. :) slimming world is a bit confusing in the beginning, my team leader was away on the first meeting i had so someone else explained it to us, but while kind of assuming we knew what she was talking about (my mum went too and there was another lady who had already been a part of the group before) so it was just mind boggling.. easiest plan to stick to is extra easy, where you can eat pretty much any fruits, veg, meat, rice, potatoes, pasta, eggs etc, which are classed under 'free' and 'super free foods' and then just take 15 points a day for any syns, looking them up in the back of the book you will have gotten on your first day? the values in orange are the ones you want to write down - writing down really helps keep track of your eating habits, i stopped writing and i relapsed into muffins at starbucks and other sneaky treats... btw great thing i found out - the chocolate with the least syns is kitkat, and let me tell you, it does just the trick, even if your body thinks you need a keyboard-sized galaxy bar! :D
