I found this forum through a quick internet search and want to say hello.

I'm PoppyPants and am coming back to SW. I really want to lose about 3 stone so I'm going to start chipping away at it.

Hello! Welcome. There's loads of info on this site - it's brilliant and I couldn't do SW without it. The people are marvellous!
