Hi all

I havent been on here for a couple of weeks as we took a weekend off of the diet completely for our anniversary and valentines day.

Ate like a horse and decided not to go to weigh in nor come on here till i was back on track lol

Well i can say i am firmly back on the road now and looks like i have lost the weight from my splurge and am now touch wood 3lb lighter than i was at my last weigh in.

Hope everyone is well and how you all doing?

Will confirm my wi result on wednesday night when i get in

Paul x

My first anniversary was on valentines day Paul. We went away for the weekend and ate out loads and had quite a few treats! I went to WI last week and I'd gained 3.5lb! That depressed me a little so I am now back on it and hoping to shift some serious poundage.

Good to see you back on track, onwards and downwards!

Welcome back and it sounds as if you had a great weekend!
Dont worry about the gain, that will come off in no time at all!
Well done for getting back on track too, thats the hardest thing to do after a splurge!

Welcome back. Most of us splurge at some time but the weight losses once Xmas and New Year were out the way showed that it is possible to get back on track quickly xx

Welcome back Paul and well done for losing those extra pounds.

I am new to this SW thread, but not new to SW or Minimims.

You sound like you are in a very positive mood.
