Hi & restaurant question

Hi everyone,

I've not been posting on here much recently because i've been busy with work etc but i must make more of an effort because i find this site really motivates me and keeps me focused. How's everyone getting on? Got next week's food planned?

Last night i took hubby to a fully vegetarian chinese restaurant as a surprise and we had one of the set menus. It was very tasty and great to be enjoying exactly the same food as each other when eating out. Only problem is i have no clue how many syns i used, i had been saving them up for use last night though. How would you count syns in this situation?

I would flexi syn it. Life happens - you cant be strict ALL the time, you'd saved syns for it. Make sure you're back on track now and I hope you enjoyed it x

I definately enjoyed it and i dont feel bad or anything just confused over what to write in my food diary, thanks x

oh good glad to hear it, sorry shouldnt have presumed you felt bad. its just when people post on here bout stuff like that they tend to bea themselves up! do you hand your food diary sheets in? or is it just for your own sake that you fill them in? x

I only hand my food diary to my consultant if i haven't lost/gained but can't see why (this has only happened once!). But i have to fill it in because it helps me plan more and stops me forgetting what i've eaten. On the weeks where i don't write one i tend to go off plan x

Just write flexi day and what you ate and then carry on as normal :)
