Hi returning and it's questions :)

    Hi I done slimming world years ago, loved it and knew the script inside out! That was on the red and green days. Now I have been reading up on food optimising. Is this the same As extra easy? Is it one hea and one heb? Is wholegrain rice free or do we have to measure it out? Are sweet potatoes free?

    You can still follow green and original days if you want. EE is very simple tho - all the free foods from green and original are free on EE. You get 1 A choice and 1 B choice. You still get 5-15 syns a day. The only difference is they recommend that 1/3 of your plate is made up of superfree(which basically is all your free fruit and your free 'original day' veg). So yes rice is free on EE and so are sweet potatoes x
