Hi there!! Starting SW for a second time

Hello Everybody, I tried SW last year and wasn't too successful with it. This wasn't the fault of the plan but my own fault!!! I then joined WW and lost a stone but am re-joining my local SW group again on Thursday as I have friends who go there and who are doing really well .

Good luck, I rejoined last January and have lost 2.5st so far. Slower than I would like but it's coming off!
