Hi, i'm Dan. I have been looking through this forum and i was thinking "Wow, look at how much weight these people have lost... Bloody inspiring or what!!"

I have been on my diet for about 7 weeks now and lost about 2 and a half stone so far, I started out at 21 stone so I must be doing something right. Here is what I have done to lose weight so far..

1. Stopped Snacking
2. Eating healthier meals
3. No fizzy drinks
4. No Alcohol (It's a hard one)
5. Been more active, Walk at least 10 miles on a Saturday, etc.
6. Eating Breakfast
7. Keeping to 1800 calories a day.
8. Only drinking water

Well done on your weight loss Dan. I think it's brilliant that you have so much willpower to do this. I just wouldn't be able to do a diet like that!
