Hi I thought I would join the site, looking to lose as much as I can in the next 11 weeks!!! . I have been stuck in a rut for a few months and tried the same thing 3 months ago....
At the moment I am 17st 6lb and been on the new diet 2 days lol )))
Has any one tried the boot camp shakes? And of so do they work?
Well hopefully if I post my losses gains every week it will encourage me to try better than previous times.
Another question what would you guys and girls think a person could lose in the space of time ?
