well i wouldnt say im a cd returner i am a diet returner i spent 10 weeks on lipotrim and lost around 5st stopped in april but im back now starting cd tomorow just thought id introduce myself im liam nice to meet you all

How is Day 1 going today ?

I'm a restarter on CD but have also done Lipotrim in the past as well as SW and WW - such a diet tart..

Must say that I have much prefer CD to LT, flavours are more varied and taste much nicer..
