Hey guys! :)

I'm obviously new to minimins - I found the site whilst browsing for tips on how to lose weight.

I'm in a desperate attempt to lose weight ... before I get type 2 diabetes. I've tried SOOO MANYY times and have failed at all of them. The main reason why I fail is motivation! :(

I really hope this site can give me the motivation - I can already see it's motivated some! :)

My main goal is obviously to sort out my health issues, but I really want to regain confidence and feel great about myself - I want to go out and party again ... my goal is to have gained a significant amount of confidence and to loose a significant amount of weight before the annual new years eve party!

I cannot wait to get started I really cant! And I really am looking forward to sharing my experiences and helping - meeting new friends etc :)
