You can do it. Just start with one thing, one day at a time. Here's a few tips to help you get started:
-replace all sodas, carbonated, caffeine, and sugary drinks with water, tea, and milk.
-eat smaller portions but more frequently as suppose to bigger portions and three meals a day
-remove all temptations out of your fridge and cupboards
-stick to items with all natural ingredients. if you can't say it, you shouldn't eat it!
