Hi all I'm new to this I just joined slimming world on Wednesday and I'm still trying to get my head around how it works . I'm on the extra easy plan any advice would be gratefully accepted :)
 
Just memorize the free food list - fry lite, potatos, lean meat, pasta, noodles, eggs, baked beans, fruit+veg, herbs and spices, oxo etc
 
If you do the EE days just remember 1 A and B choice, i use nimble bread as a healthy b choice, or hifi bar from group, (6 syns if used b choice already)
