    I've been doing sw for 4 month lost 4st 12 lb so far but past week been struggling ,

    All of a sudden cravings for crisps chocolate

    If your craving you should allow yourself them :0) nothing's banned, and you can either use your syn or just have a flexible day. Maybe tomorrow you won't fancy syns and therefore your still on track :0). Congratulations on your loss so far. :0)

    It is hard, I suffer really bad choc cravings to but there are lots of helpful tips on this site. Ive been having options hot chocs which are really nice and come in lots of yummy flavours x

    Mmmmm chocolate, my favourite, I have it everyday, a curly wurly is 6 syns, I even put mine in the fridge so it lasts longer, or options hot choc sachet stirred into total0%, a whole lot of chocolate goodness for 2 syns.
