just spotted this thread. Got 8 stone to lose- joined SW on Tues and have been angelic this week so far. Would like to join you. I'm thinking a stone for Christmas? What do u reckon?

Welcome and good luck. It is 6 weeks tomorrow til xmas so I think it is achievable if you stick to plan!! Even if you lose 2lb a week it will still be a huge 12lb loss!!

Welcome and good luck on your journey. You sound very motivated and that's half the battle. I've started diets in the past where I've thought 'what's the point in telling anyone? I'll only fail again and look like an idiot'. That's not a good attitude and inevitably I WOULD fail so it was a self fulfilling prophesy.

Your 'can do' attitude will help enormously! I'm sure you'll lose a substantial amount by Christmas
