Welcome aboard! I’m sure if you stick to your points, you’ll start to notice the pounds disappear in no time. You’ve got to give your body a couple of weeks to adjust to the new diet and exercise regime before you notice weight come off. ^^
Lost 1 and a half pounds. First loss in 2 weeks since I began. I was disappointed at first as I didn't even use all of my 49, but now pleased I've lost at all.
I'm on 26 points per day. Tough at first but getting the hang of it now and I've realised I've got to have a big brekkie or I'm ravenous all day.
I must start gathering some easy low point recipes to add to my repertoire to stop me falling off the wagon!
