Hi everyone, I've been doing slimming world for two months now, but the last week I've been not doing well at all, I had a naughty day an that day became a week an now I'm struggling to get back on track. I love my take aways an my chocolate so much, I use food as a reward, I use food if I'm sad, I use it for any emotion or celebration so my cravings are taking over my wanting to lose weight. Any ideas how I can motivate myself, I just don't seem to be bothered enough but then I feel bad at the end of each day when I've cheated :-(
