Hi, am new to the forum. I started trying to lose weight about 5 weeks ago now - I've not tried as hard I as could have done but I have lost 7lbs (3.1kgs) in 5 weeks - I that good amount off weight to lose in 5 weeks or not? Thanks.
 
Hi, I've just joined too :)

7lbs in 5 weeks doesn't sound bad to me, I've just started again and am averaging around 1.5 - 2lb a week, but I've just kicked it up a gear so hoping for more next week :D
