HiHiyas am a newbie. I'm starting with calorie counting as I've tried we and slimming world recently and haven't stuck to it. I've never heard of lipo trim before. I'm getting married in 4 month so need to fit into the dress!!
How much you planning to lose?

I can't wait to get into my size 12's which feels like a long way off x

Hi lipotrim is a food replacement diet so i have 3 milkshakes a day its hard but worth it i have dobe it before but just had a baby.
Not long until you get married good luck for your big day!

Thanks Hun, I'm sorry it took a while to reply I'm new and I've just worked out how to find the threads I've posted on.

thanks it's only 3months away... I'm putting off trying on my dress until I lose some weight.
Congrats on your baby . My LO is 7 month now and it has flown over.
Wow shakes has gotta be hard work. I suppose you get used to not eating food?
