Hi

Skip the flour tho its not needed and I added to eggs as I heard it can be dry.

I use beef extra lean with a lamb stock cube as I can't get extra lean lamb anywhere.

It makes loads I've had one normal portion s d there still another. 6 portions left
 
So i woke up this morning and had a really bad migrain and ended up binging on crisps and chocolate i feel really anoyyed with myself and really frustrated that i dont seem to have any willpower at the moment i know i can do it as i have managed in the past but i just wish my fairy god mother would come and wave her magic wand and make me skinny or that someone would invent chocolate with the same amount of calories as a carrot ,so now i feel very sick after binging and my migrain is still there despite taking my medication so looking forward to my fiance coming home from work so he can take care of the kids and i can go off to bed and start again fresh in the morning (will tell him to hide all the chocolate when he comes in just incase it happens again tommorow)
 
Poor you - it happens to us all so don't be too hard on yourself. A good plan to hide the chocolate - or ditch it - as it can trigger migraines (a vicious cycle) - though you may feel much more in control of things tomorrow and feel no need to binge. Take care.
 
Oh no lol don't worry about it just straight back o. It tomorrow even if the headache stays as the sugar may well give you another one.

Don't be hard on yourself fact you know what's happened is biggest worry over with.

How you getting on? I wi tomorrow I need a good one to boost my morale lol
 
Hi, I need a good wi on Monday too. Slight gain last week (it was a planned weekend off). If I get a good wi this week it will be ok :) I bet you will do fine tomorrow, you always seem very positive and motivated :)
 
Thanx guys i just feel really bad as i had fruit sitting there but reached for the chocolate instead thats my fiance hid all the sugary foods so i cant get them and he is off work tomorrow so will stop me going searching for them if the cravings get too bad lol good luck to all of you for wi xx
 
I'm always 100% but still not loosing as much as I'd like :( I've really got my exercise sorted now its a very intense 3 month plan so if this and my food isn't enough lol ill give up haha as there is literally nothing else I can do. I have faith though :)
I'm feeling like I'm loosing weight I put a size 14 vest on and it's so baggy so I am loosing I just need to think thin. :)

Have you got set medication for migraines.
I by chance took a feminax that I had in for period pains as I had a rotten migrain and nothing but them in and it worked wonders.

yeah i take asprin along with almotriptain and metoclopramide during the day and almotriptan and 500mg ibuprofen at night sometimes feel like a walking chemist lol hopefully be better tomorrow they are usually set of by nerves and worry and i have a hospital appointment tomorrow so think its the fact that am nervous for that .
Thats great that you are feeling positive and not giving in your exercise routine will make you lose more inches good luck for your wi
 
much better today thanx having a green day today been enjoying the sunshine walked for 5 miles today with the dog hope that will help a bit at the wi. How are you?are you still doing red days?

Oh brill pleased ur ok. 5 miles wow I need a dog but just to walk lol

Yes I can't seem to give them up now lol have an ee day tomorrow then back to red.
