Hi all, I'm mark Im 41 and need to get Fit and lose weight, About 6 weeks ago I decided enough was enough as I'd got to 23.8st and felt like rubish so I got my bike out (thats ive had for 2 years) and set of riding short 10 mile rides on the canal towpath 3 times a week then 4 times a week and last Sunday I did Leeds to Roberts park and back 28miles I've been out every day since them 10 to 15 miles on a evening on the canal towpath and i now go to spin classesWith a change of diet as well cooking all fresh foods I've now dropped to 22.1st but im stuck at that for 2.5 weeks now even though I'm getting out more I don't seem to be able to drop any more Kind regards Mark
