    Hi have joined the slimming world plan again as did it very successfully a few years back but my old habits have crept back and I'm not liking how I feel or look atm :(

    I know I can do it but feels a tad daunting on the first day but fingers crossed, perseverance and determination will get me there like it did last time.

    Good luck to everyone else out there, starting, re-starting or cruising along. :) xxx

  2. Welcome ,why is it we loose the weight then put it back on again ?? Just not disciplined enough I suppose lol, good luck with ur weight loss , I get weighed tom , third week of diet ...going slowww lol

    Hi there, Missperfecttoes - I think that when losing weight it is because we are so regimented and mind set and then when we hit target or near enough everything maintains for a while so we think we can get away with eating whatever we like .................... unfortunately that is when the waistbands start to tighten again. Good luck with your weight loss too, even if its slow ............ every little helps :) x

Hi Lennie ,thanks for reply, yeah I think that is exactly what happens actually , maybe I should still weigh myself once a week to keep on check, I've only lost 1lb this week so disappointed as if i lost 2 it would of been a stone in 3 weeks !! I have cheated a bit lol so back on it 100% tom + exercise ..
