Hi hun, good luck with SW - it is a fantastic eating plan - I started about 5 weeks ago and can honestly say I have never felt hungry or deprived. This forum is great too - very motivational and you always pick up hints and recipes, good luck for your meeting on Tuesday, xx

WELCOME - i have my third weigh-in tomorrow and am just sitting here eating a lean corned beef sarnie and yoghurt (HEB and 1syn) - this is the best 'diet' ever!
