    Hi everyone, am totally new to this but thought i may as well jump in!!
    I've had my gallbladder removed (10 months ago) and i'm on quite a restricted diet. My weight's down to 189lbs from 217 lbs but i've got completely stuck. I do ashtanga yoga at least once a week and have a very active job with 3 and 4 year olds.
    Can't really cut anything else out of my diet. I don't eat dairy, meat or fats. I'm trying to keep it to around 1500 cals per day. I was thinking of joining a local gym but am nervous of making an idiot of myself.
    Appologies for the looong message but any advise would be fantastic!

    Hi and welcome. Do you do much walking? Might be a start to the gym thing.
