Hit a rut

So I've lost 2 stone calorie counting with MFP since April, but the past few weeks I just seem to have stopped.

I know why. I'm not really doing it properly, I'm being careful enough not to gain, but eating too much to lose. I've lost motivation, been fed up with work (starting new job soon) feeling like I don't really have enough calories to satisfy me, I really need something to kick me up the bum and start me up again, I've done sw in the past and did a few weeks ago when I started my weight loss but just found it too restrictive this time.

Maybe I just need a few maintenance weeks and then to pick up again, I just don't want to go on like this for too long and get complacent. I still have 3/4 stone to lose. In all honesty, I think being fed up and stressed with other things is the biggest factor.
