hit a wall!!

    hiya guys,

    ive been on sw for about three months and so far ive lost over a stone-so im well pleased with that!

    unfortunately my weights been very up and down for last 3 weeks and i seem to not be able to drop much below my current weight.

    ive tried switching from EE to 3 days green 3 days red a week and ive still stayed about the same.

    anyone else had this? any suggestions?

    Hi there and welcome to minimins!

    Sorry to hear you have hit a bit of a wall with losses it can be a very frustrating time. Best thing to do is go back to basics and be really honest about what your eating we all get a bit generous with our syn portions from time to time.

    You dont say how much you have to lose? Could it be that your body is happy where it is? Also how about exercise maybe it might be a good time to add some in.Why not try adding in more superfree and superspeed foods into your meals?

    Im sure you will get there and look at how well you have done so far!

    Sometimes it can take a while for the body to adjust to being a new weight. As the previous poster said try to take it back to basics for a while write down everything you are eating and check that you are having your healthy extras. Maybe your body is just trying to catch up with itself. Please dont be disheartened you have had a pleasing loss so far so you know it works HTH x

    Was on Slimming World now calorie counting.
    I am having the same problem:[ im hoping exersise will help ive started walking 2 miles aday in the morning in hope .
