Hi momzilla18, I am new to the forum, and it's a great comfort to be able to share tips and encouragement with so many people on the same weightless journey. Are you going to join a club too? I joined SW beginning of February and so far so good... If you follow the rules and stick to them it works... Add a bit of extra activity and even better.
The last week or so I have had a bit of a wobble and I know I was indulging in 'the not so good' food choices plus wasn't walking as far as my dog has had to have a big operation! Anyways Easter has past and I have giving myself a good talking to to get back on track.
i wish you good luck, lots of motivation along with willpower to have great results... You will feel so much better when the weight starts shifting. :0)
