hiya, newbie

    my version of Slimfast
    i started on slimfast again 6 days ago. my weekly weigh in is tomorrow and im sure im managing fine. will see what the scales say in the morning. im doing slimfast cos i dont trust myself to cut down if im allowed to eat and have a lot of choice, all my past diets have ended in dark places like cutting out food all together and other bad habits (bulemia) and i refuse to do it again. i stopped all that years ago after cheating on weightwatchers and losing 5 1/2 stone. was brill to be slim but not the way i did it and could not allow it to continue so now im back at square one and 19 odd stone. this time im changing my whole approach and will be proud when ppl tell me i have done well instead of feeling guilty about how i did it. all honest hard work and will power. and lots of fruit lol! ;D

    im well, im way too smart for my own good sometimes lol, no more slacking for me. im in work atm and am the boss for the night, im a bar supervisor / asst manager on a holiday camp and work with a load of skinny pretty girls, if they werent so nice i would hate them lol. im totally fed up of being the fat girl in work. i will be thinner for the start of the next holiday season and come back to my job a new person with prettier work clothes lol.
