A quick introduction...

Like many, my weight has yo-yo'd over the years and now I find myself at 15st1 and unhappy about my health, appearance and general wellbeing.

I I was introduced to Lipotrim by my friend LincsBren and started TFR on August 3rd (so I'm only aproaching the end of my second day). I Hope to lose 4 - 41/2 st on the programme and all the support and motivation from this forum will be very much appreciated. I've read some of your success stories and am blown away by your amazing results :D

Snap!

I've just finished my 5th shake (couldn't manage the 3rd yesterday).

But now I have the magic hint (add lots pepper to the chicken) I am fine.

No hunger, just a little bit of a headache and I'm finding doing the water a bit tricksy!

How're you doing?

I'm not finding it as difficult as expected! No hunger either (lucky us!). I've alwaysdrunk a lot of water so that part is pretty easy for me and as I've been low carbing for a while now haven't suffered any headaches! I must be very lucky!

Is pepper allowed? that sounds like a good addition to the chicken soup. I tried a hot vanilla shake for my tea with a spoon of instant coffee in - it was delicious! :D

Just keep drinking lots of water and keep busy - that has really helped me in my first week. I've found that I need to keep topped up on loo rolls with all the weeing I've been doing!!! x

Thanks for all the replies and support guys, :D

I'm still hanging on and not having too many problems yet. Why didn't I know about this programme years ago??

I will be weighing in after only 4 days this week, do you think I'll still see some progress?

Are you excited about weigh in tomorrow? I'll bring the spare scales in the morning so you can weigh yourself - it's very motivating to see the numbers go down!

Yes! And thanks for the scales, I can't quite believe a 5lb loss already - especially as I've weighed in after only 4 full days!!!
