Hiya!

Hello all. Just wanted to introduce myself to SW group on here.
My name is Kelly and have joined SW 6 days ago. reason been is I turn 30 very soon and decided now I need to do something about my weight.
So far found it very daunting with all the info. I have tried WW and a VLCD. WW was good, but to much counting and i lost track of everything! VLCD well what can i say......apart from I would of ate my own arm given the chance!
So here I am giving this a go, I like the fact its not a diet but more of a healthy eating plan. Hope there is a smuch support on here as there is in my SW group! Any hints and tips are most welcome. xx
 
Hello and welcome :) I have just started SW too! I also did a VLCD and WW and SW looks like it will suit me best. Good luck with your journey :D
 
Thank you both - i have alot to lose!!!! But i know its healthier and better for me to do it this way rather than VLCD!
