Hello all,

Was told about this site by a friend.
Looking to start my new get fit and loose the weight life in 25 mins from now. Well going to bed first and then start at breakfast!
I'm 13.6 Stone and want to get to 12 stone. Going to do it by cutting out the junk (which is the hardest for me!!) and running/gym/bike.
I hope to read through others stories on here and might be after some points of help, so I'll post how it goes.
