Hello everyone, my name is Alison and I am starting to long road to losing a few stone. As I suffer from Sjogrens syndrome I have bouts of not being hungry but am going to try diet chef so I can get portion sizes and regular patterns of eating. I am looking forward to checking in to the newbie room.
