Right ladies and gents. I start slim and save on Sunday. So excited need to shift these stones. I am currently 18 st and i get married in 18 months and i want to look amazing. Anyony got any advice as to what i can do now to make Sunday less of a shock and what can i do to ensure i drink enough? Xx
 
Hi Hj1298, good luck on your journey. From reading through the forum most people say to limit carbs so that when you start on sunday you won't suffer as much in your first 3-4 days, although you may have a headache it might not be as severve if you limit your carbs from now. You might get into ketosis quicker also. Hope this helps.

I'm new to this myself started on Friday. I'm really enjoying it so far and wanted to wish you luck. I bought the s n s mixed fruits( think that's it's name!) water flavouring. I like water but it is a welcome change! I have litre bottles which I fill up and always have one sitting beside me that I can sip away in. I do one plain and two flavoured! I set myself little goals- for example, drink one litre before lunchtime at work, drink another litre between lunch and home time and drink final litre by 8pm( I try not to drink too late as I don't want to be up all night going to the loo, I'm a grumpy git without a good sleep :)
