OK. I have a situation here. I know im not going to do very well at WI tonight. But i'm going to be hungry when i get home from work at 1pm - hehe:cool:. Anyway, i have no idea what to have for my lunch today. Obviously i want something 'light' and full of super speed foods thats nots going to add to the scales tonight.

What do u lot have for dinners on WI day? And what do you suggest i have :)

Why don't you have an omlette, i always find these to be light but filling. Have some cheese and ham or something in it. I dont know about anyone else but if i eat meat and eggs and things they make me feel light, it is carbs that make me heavy and bloated. That may only be me though . Good luck at wi x
