Agree with NewDawn...raw eggs can't hurt unless you are pregnant! Speaking of Omlettes I had a lovely one this evening rest of family were having a take away and my hubbie made me an omlette (sat is day for cooking-hence the take away!) it was delicious :D

I'm no fancy cookster' meself LOL, tend to 'well do' most things
but to make a nice fluffy cooked omelette do as I do and you cant go wrong honest :)

Fry omelette lightly in pan then put it under the grill (still in frying pan) to finish cooking it! This way you get a lovely 'cooked' fluffy omelette.

I had a fab one the other night, bit of cheese, bacon, mushroom and brocolli Yum Yum :)
