Porgeous
Chilling
Hi all
Well went to bed at 8.00 with the intention of getting up at 10.00 to see in the New Year but unfortunately it didn't happen and we slept straight through until 5.00 this morning. Feeling slightly more human again though! Hope everyone had a good evening.
I got on the scales this morning and I can hardly believe that I am 10st which means at the moment I haven't gained any weight whilst on holiday. I will wait until my official weigh in on Monday though as there may be things that are still catching up with me. I tried to be sensible and didn't have any naan or deserts, stuck to eggs for breakfast, fish or prawns at lunch and plain rice with veg curry or tandoori in the evening. Did give in and have South Indian coffee which is yum and on the last day allowed myself a creme caramel. Although I know I didn't pig out I am surprised as there tends to be alot of fat in Indian food no matter how hard you try to be good and alot of the time it was vegetarian which is obviously high carb, but I'm not complaining!
I have posted a link below with a few holiday snaps from India for any that are interested, not sure if it works though.
Looking forward to getting the last half stone or so off and am back onto 1000 plan as of this morning.
Love to all
Georgie
