I am not posting muchthese days, but noticed you havent had a reply yet, so thought I would add my 2p.
Personally - I would never encourage anyone to take break on LL - planned or otherwise. No matter how strong you feel in your head now, abuot coming back and getting "right back on track"....when it comes down too it, nearly everyone struggles.
The diet is perfectly manageable on a holiday. As most know here, I managed a month long holiday in America with loads of family parties and celebrations, etc., and did not vere from the diet at all and came back 20 pounds lighter and that much closer to goal. I can assure you, that feeling felt far better than ANYTHING i might have tasted on the trip.
The way I see it, there will be lots more holidays, but you never know - this may be your last chance to lose weight.....
So I would say, stick to your guns, finish what you started - and celebrate at a later date on a future holiday. It is just not worth toying with success, is it??
