Home Made Lemon Drizzle Cake

Hi,

I wonder if someone could help me work out the syns in a home made lemon drizzle cake (made by my gorgeous daughter Rosie in Food Tech - so I've just had to have a slice ;))

Ingredients:

75g/3oz Flora buttery (which is 70g fat)
75g/3oz castor sugar
125g/5oz white self raising flour
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 tbs milk

75g/3oz castor sugar (15 syns)
125g/5oz white self raising flour (20 Syns)
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder (0.5 syns)
3 tbs milk (1 syn) if semi skimmed

So i make that 60.5 syns for the whole cake.

That means the 1/4 slice I had last night was 15 syns :eek: Thank goodness it was the only syns I had yesterday ;)
 
I would happily have 15 syns on a 1/4 of a lemon drizzle cake....mmmm with a cup of tea perfecto!!
