I can find loads of information telling me that fresh pasta (shop bought) is not syn free and dried pasta is. But what about homemade pasta? Ingredients: 1 egg and 100g flour. I know flour has a syn value but it is in ALL pasta. My homemade pasta contains no preservatives, no flavours, no sugar and no oil or fat so is it syn free like dried pasta or full of syn like fresh pasta?
